Almost everyone in my encirclement, but also much further (like at Internet for example), knows that I'm deep into electronic music.
But, only my closest friends know that I like rock music a lot, too.

Lately, thanks to my online buddies from USA, I discovered an interesting and very energetic rock band.
Their name is Shinedown.

Shinedown is American rock band from Jacksonville, Florida.
They was formed in 2001.
So far, the band has released three albums ("Leave a Whisper", "Us and Them", "The Sound of Madness") with several very successful singles such as "45", "Save Me", and "Devour".

Their latest album, "The Sound of Madness", is filled with passion and energy.
I had a chance to listen it from the first to the last note.
The album is really consisted of big hard rock songs, but also wonderful ballads.

Since I have installed the new version of Mozilla Firefox (v3.0) few weeks ago, I've seen several web pages that show 'FFFD thing' (or FF-FD) instead of letters and numbers.

Searching for a solution for this problem in my Internet browser, I've found it at one Firefox related help forum.
So, I'll present you the solution in this post, in hope that it will help to somebody that have the same problem with Mozilla Firefox v.3 .


How To Fix The 'FFFD' Thing That Appears At Web Pages Seen Through Mozilla Firefox 3.0?

The solution is simple.
Just follow this path in your Firefox and click at 'Universal' (activate it, because probably the 'Auto-detection' was turned off):

View >> Character Encoding >> Auto-detect >> Universal
